I had chips and salsa which might not be historically correct.

We celebrated early (last nitht) with a dinner of beef enchiladas, tamales and black beans. I’m told they were authentic but I couldn’t verify that… but it was soooo good.

Who cares if it was historically correct? Doesn’t matter. I had bean and cheese dip with chips that my granddaughter brought me. She helped me with some tech stuff on my phone and computer. It was a lovely day! Remember, “enjoy yourself, it’s later than you think!” I am a lady of music and that is a great song to remember everyday. Hope things are going well for you. Kate Scholz
